Breakfast! Egg white, veggies, turkey, and avocado omelette wrap, with a side of fruit and plain Greek yogurt and coffee. 

Getting back into it! Post-workout breakfast: veggie 1-egg omelette, cranberry muesli toast, Greek yogurt & strawberries, and Tazo Awake tea.

How many girls struggle with the belief that their self-worth is determined by a number on the scale? Numbers don’t mean anything. Jeans look hella good on girls without a thigh gap, and boys aren’t looking for the girl with the biggest thigh gap, or the flattest stomach, or the skinniest legs. I’ve had those thoughts and beliefs myself, but I can confidently say that I’ve pretty much conquered those feelings now. That being said, my personal goal isn’t a goal weight, but it’s to be ultimately fit and happy. That’s all I really need. That’s all anyone really needs.
